Each Apprentice, Instructor, and Trainer have a Gmail account attached to a shared google drive which they open and are trained to use before an Apprenticeship begins. In that folder all enrollment documents, licenses, OJT process forms, and RSI sign in sheets are stored. This is where the OJT process forms and RSI sign in sheets are to be submitted along with a confirmation email to Coordinator@SVABC.Info to avoid any fines.

Apprenticeship provides the theoretical training and field experience simultaneously while providing paid compensation. In so doing, Apprentices will have opportunity to build both confidence and clientele. This takes a six- year process down to two years. Once the Apprentice passes the licensing exam, he/she will return to his/her job and maintain the same clientele. Apprenticeship is a unique program in that at the end of training, the Apprentice is a licensed stylist or barber with a stable work environment.
